7SIGNAL makes complicated Wireless Network Monitoring (WNM) easy
7SIGNAL is for organizations that rely on mission critical Wi-Fi to conduct business. We offer an enterprise cloud Wireless Network Monitoring (WNM) platform that continuously monitors the wireless network for performance issues – maximizing network uptime, device connectivity and network ROI.
We aren’t like other providers because we measure Wi-Fi performance from the “outside in” and provide data that is not tracked by the Wireless LAN or device vendor.
Reduce the Cost of Operating Your Wi-Fi Network
The 7SIGNAL Platform is a vendor agnostic Wi-Fi performance management system that works with all industry-standard wireless access points, regardless of whether they are controller or cloud managed.
Their system of sensors, apps, and agents live on the network edge, continually measuring Wi-Fi performance from the client’s point of view. All this data is made available in the EyeQ dashboard, presenting a single view of the Wi-Fi experience across your global network. This enables you to proactively manage Wi-Fi performance trouble-spots before users and business critical applications are affected, instead of reacting to issues when it’s too late.
This unprecedented visibility into the Wi-Fi user experience simplifies problem resolution, enables IT to meet global Wi-Fi performance SLAs, and dramatically reduces the total cost of ownership of your mission critical wireless network.
Sapphire Eye 2200
Sapphire Eye™ is a Wi-Fi sensor and high-performance client developed and patented by 7SIGNAL® to measure connectivity and the quality of end-user experiences on wireless networks. It complements your existing wireless access point management software by providing proactive Wi-Fi network assurance.
The 802.11ac Wave 2 Sapphire Eye 2200 utilizes 8 MIMO Yagi antennas (four at 2.4GHz and four at 5GHz). The antennas provide signal amplification and enable connecting with 4 to 6 access points at -65dBm or better. This ensures accurate active measurements from a single

Sapphire Eye™ 250, from 7SIGNAL®, is a portable, full spectrum
sensor and high-performance client that is uniquely designed to help you find and fix wireless issues - in any environment - without the need for professional installation. This adaptable Wi-Fi quality assurance sensor runs active and passive tests on your wireless network - quickly diagnosing problems.
The 802.11ac Wave 1 sensor utilizes a MIMO , dual band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) Venti antenna with 6dBi gain. This provides signal amplification and enables connections with up to two (2) access points at -65dBm or better. This ensures accurate active measurements from a single location. Data is collected and sent to the cloud where it is analyzed by the 7SIGNAL platform and actionable insights are given to engineers so that issues can be resolved quickly.
7SIGNAL Mobile Eye
Keep your mission critical Wi-Fi devices connected!
Mobile Eye is an enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) application developed and patented by 7SIGNAL and is used to keep your wireless IoT and devices connected. Simply install Mobile Eye on any Windows, macOS or Android device and the application runs passive and active Wi-Fi tests 24/7 from the end user’s perspective – helping engineers find and fix Wi-Fi issues and keeping applications and wireless devices performing optimally.
Reporting & Analytics
Login to 7SIGNAL to view Wi-Fi experience data from every corner of your global network. This enables you to proactively manage Wi-Fi performance trouble-spots before users and business critical applications are affected, instead of reacting to issues when it’s too late.
7SIGNAL collects up to 600 WLAN performance metrics from Sapphire Eyes and Mobile Eyes, stores all the data in the cloud, and presents it in a browser dashboard as meaningful analytics and Key Performance Indicators.
The 7SIGNAL dashboard lets you monitor multiple sites from a single location and is color coded for quick and easy recognition of status and networks - When performance levels dip below your service level targets, the you get a proactive email alert.
